Welcome to Blooms Egypt. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the Blooms Staff and Blooms mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps") and our web platforms operated by Blooms Egypt ("we", "us", or "our").
We implement robust security measures: all sensitive medical data and server-side data are encrypted at rest on our cloud hosting platform. User passwords are encrypted (hashed) and are never stored in plain text. Payment card details are never stored by our Apps or servers.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you or your child, correct inaccurate information, and delete your account and associated data.
Push Notifications: You can opt-out of push notifications by adjusting your device settings. Note that on iOS devices, push notifications require your explicit opt-in before they can be sent.
Our Apps process the personal data of minors. We strictly adhere to principles aligned with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent local regulations. All data regarding minors is collected exclusively from, or with the explicit consent of, the child's parent or legal guardian.
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data directly through the App (navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by emailing your deletion request to info@bloomsegypt.com.
Our mobile Apps do not use traditional web cookies. However, we use mobile analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to track app usage, crashes, and performance to improve your experience. This tracking is aggregated and anonymous.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice in the Apps prior to the change becoming effective.
Egyptian Law: This Privacy Policy complies with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
